I was one of the first to become Nationally recognised Qualified Dog breeders in the uk having completed the Ofqual level 3 certificate in Dog breeding , puppy socialising and welfare . I am very proud to hold this certificate and be recognised for my hard work and dedication to my Fully Health Tested Labradors in cumbria . I also spent a large part of 2023 doing CPD in veterinary nursing up to level 4. Along side this I also completed a level 3 in first aid for puppies and dogs , level 3 kennel assistant and management , Canine embryology and fatal development for breeders, canine pregnancy and whelping, puppy socialisation for breeders & a level 3 canine nutrition. So you can rest assured our puppies are brought up to the best of my ability and get the best care ,socialising and nutrition. I pride myself on giving 110% in what I do and what I’ve learnt in my 25 years of breeding. I always aim to better my self and my knowledge in any way I can and will continue with my learning to ensure I’m always doing my best rearing your next family member . 

 ABOUT RONNY~ Ronny is the most gentle of all our Girls and makes us very proud . Ronny joined us part trained and after a long winter of further education she is proving to love her work on land or in the water and is a typical natural born retriever . Ronny is well balanced and has had a lot of time spent with her making sure her education around work and family life brought out her full potential before we decided to have a litter from her . She is wonderful with all other animals and children and shows a very confident yet calm manner when our in public . I personally know Ronnys sire and he is one to remember and a great asset to the working world .

The puppies will be born beside my bed and then moved into the kitchen where they quickly get use to all the household noises, that you would expect in a busy country farm house. 
The puppies are being weaned onto fish4dogs .
Before leaving us at 8 weeks your puppy will have been given the best start in life and will be well socialised. He/she will have been on a very strict worming programme and treated with front line at 6 weeks to prevent fleas. The puppies will be microchipped at 6 weeks and vet checked as close to 8 weeks as possible. 
Not only will the puppies be use to all the household noises but they will also get to experience our purpose built enrichment puppy room. This will give them the freedom to explore and play with plenty of space. Our Early Development Puppy Play area was created to support early stimulation and cognitive development in young puppies. Studies regarding early neurological stimulation in puppies have confirmed that one of the critical periods for canines to be stimulated is between 4 and 16 weeks of age. Research has shown that non-stimulated pups may become fearful of unfamiliar objects and will withdraw rather than investigate. Even well bred puppies with superior pedigree could grow up preferring the safe environment of their kennels/crates rather than the stimulating world outside, and may also be more difficult to train. We believe our Puppy Play Areas ,coupled with interesting puppy toys, introduces puppies to different textures, sounds, and stimulates their developing nervous systems. We understand the importance of raising stable, well adjusted and confident puppies. Exposing them to many different sounds and textures during their early weeks will give them a great head start.
