Please take time to read all the way through - it’s important to me that my puppies only go to the very best and loving homes, with people that can give a Poodle all the time, love and attention they require and deserve, and the best quality of life. I have an open adoption/waiting list for prospective owners to join for my Blue’s planned breeding of Poodle pups that arrived on 04/09. Please note that pups will not be ready for homes till over 8 weeks old.

Blue gave birth to 10 puppies, there are 4 currently available to home, 2 boys and 2 girls. Currently they visually look to be 3 black and 1 brown. However, there is a possibility some of them will change the colour of their coat in the coming weeks as they shed their puppy fur given the mum is silver and dad café au lait. I have a re-homing questionnaire for prospective owners to fill in - there are no right or wrong answers or trick questions. You can follow the growth of your new puppy, be kept up to date from the moment pups are born with weekly pictures and videos and a pup-diary. I am happy to share more pics once you get in touch.

The pups and mum are all receiving 24/7 post delivery care - pups are well handled aiding regular stimulation to their ears and feet, used to water by daily bathing from 3 week, and confident little bundles that will be acclimatized to household noises. To aid socialization I will also play a social development playlist of other sounds and noises they will come into contact with in their future, e.g. traffic, storms, fireworks, sirens etc. Puppies will also be paper trained when they go to their new homes ensuring a smoother settling in process.

Your pup will be fully weaned and vet checked prior to going home, he/she will have a microchip and had parasite treatment. You will also receive 4 weeks free insurance, a going home goody hamper which consists of their vet-book (which can be changed to your own once registered) scent cloth, foods, treat toys and copies of all sire and dams health tests and certificates etc.

I will always make myself available to you for any help you may need in settling in your new puppy.

Let me also introduce Blue and tell you a little about her…

Blue is a stunning silver Poodle girl and is 6. She’s a small standard, has a perfect balanced stature of her breed / standing at 20 inches high (to shoulder) and is 15 kilos in weight. Blue is a very regal looking lady, long neck, straight back, dainty feet and has a dignified youthful manner. She is hip scored and clear of all inherited mutations, and DNA tested for:
Degenerative Myelopathy (Exon 2)
von Willebrand disease Type I (vWD I)
Neonatal Encephalopathy (NE/NEWS)
prcd–PRA (Progressive Retinal Atrophy)
rcd4 PRA / LOPRA (Progressive Retinal Atrophy)

Her silver hair needs regular brushing and combing, her torso hair is dense and slightly soft. She’s a head turner when we are out and soaks up the attention - which she loves - as many people don’t often see a girl like her.

Blue is very much a big part of my family, she loves long walks and joining us on our travel adventures. She is a very loving princess - you will see this for yourself when you come to visit!

Mr Chewbacca is the sire - He is a 4 year old KC reg stunning cafe au lait sire and has an extensive list of excellent health certificates. Clear of- CEA, MRD, TRD, CHC, PHPV, PLA, HC, PLL, POAG, IOP, GPRA, RPED, BR. PRA clear also with no inherited mutations.

His hip scoring results are also excellent and certified with the B.V.A
He stands at 28inch high. Weighing 29k - His torso is robust and firm, with slender toned legs and perfect curly tail. He has a stunning brown coat of firm thick curls. His temperament is very laid back and relaxed.

I'm still in regular contact with the sire and we regularly exchange updates. The sire is proven many times over - all adorable dogs have since gone on to be, assistance dogs, working dogs, family companion dogs and dogs that have fun doing agility.

With all this in mind and taking into account the temperament/ overall compatibility personalities of the two dogs we as owners have seen them to be a good match.

Please do take time to consider if a Poodle is the dog for you and your family, they are not a cheap dog to upkeep, although easy to train, their coats are very high maintenance, unless you are comfortable at grooming yourself - the coat needs regular attention, as it doesn't take long for a coat to become matted - and a trip to a professional groomer every c. 6 weeks is advisable. Also please consider insurance costs and yearly/monthly vet parasite treatments.
