Deposits are non-refundable unless your vet finds any unforeseen problem with your pup, in which case, a full refund is offered. Pups must be checked by your vet within 7 days of collection
If you change your mind within 14 days and return your pup for any reason other than a medical problem (with confirmation note from vet), a refund will be offered minus the non-refundable deposit
